1. Acceptance of Terms

By calling, messaging, or booking a service with Batt4Less, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Our Services

Batt4Less provides mobile car battery replacement, emergency jumpstart, roadside tyre assistance, and — through trusted partner garages — alternator and dynamo repair, across Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman.

We aim to reach you within 30 minutes of your call wherever reasonably possible. This response time is a target, not a guarantee, and may vary due to traffic, weather, your location, or demand at the time of your request.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing depends on the battery brand, vehicle type, and service required, generally ranging from AED 200 to AED 800. Our technician will confirm the exact price with you before any work begins, and no work is carried out without your agreement to the quoted price.

Payment is due at the time the service is completed, by the payment methods our technician accepts on-site.

4. Warranty

Batteries installed by Batt4Less carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically up to 3 years depending on the brand and model. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and proof of purchase, which we provide at the time of installation.

Services carried out by partner garages (such as alternator repair) are subject to that garage's own warranty terms, which will be communicated to you separately.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate location and accessible vehicle details so our technician can safely complete the service, and to ensure the vehicle is in a safe location for roadside work where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Batt4Less is not liable for pre-existing faults in your vehicle's electrical system that are unrelated to the battery, alternator, or tyre service provided, nor for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control such as traffic, weather, or restricted site access.

Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the value of that service.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a requested service at any time before our technician arrives at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
